Of all the apps I recommend this has been my number one! Not only is it a meditation timer it’s a meditation course and although they don’t say it, it’s loosely based on transcendental meditation! The same type that David Lynch used to practice.

I love this app and this meditation. His voice is very soothing. I wish the sliding stress scale was available to assess before and after for the 30 day meditations. I also wish that the background music options matched the 12 step challenge’s one (sounds a little different in the options for the 30 day)…that’s why I keep doing the 12 step but it being only 15 min is limiting. Besides this, all is very good with this app! Thank you Jonny!

I’ve been using this app for 25 days now. I really needed it. I have not encountered any bugs nor technical problems with this app. It’s just great. I’ve been looking for a way to do Transcendental Meditation for free and this has helped me immensely. Compared to TM the mantra has nothing to do with a religious deity and it’s great in my opinion. I recommend this app!

Update: has started working and I’m going through the lessons. I find the sessions very gentle and an excellent introduction to this style of meditation.

I’ve never done meditation with a mantra before and the first lesson astounded me! Couldn’t wait for the next day! …the next day, the app started me at lesson 1. The third day it put me at lesson 1. The developer’s website appears to be down.
