1-VoIP Softphone

Have used the app for a year now with no issues….until the last update. At least I see I’m not the only one complaining. Splash screen appears, hangs for a minute and then crashes. Hopefully a fix is in the works???

It always worked fine until the most recent update (May 2025) - now it crashes after the splash screen. Please, fix it!

Worked great for years. My SE2 now freezes on the splash screen and then eventually returns to the home screen. Reboots do not seem to help. Used it yesterday and today phone calls can not be answered and can not launch app to make calls or messages. update: deleted app and data and reinstalled and appears to be working again

The recent update completely breaks the app. I no longer have access to my calls on any of my devices.

Updated today and Latest app just crashes on iOS 18.5

It’s a phenomenal service. Home phone and you get calls while you’re away on your cell phone. And the price can’t be beat. They pride themselves on great service and they proved it with me. All the initial issues were solved by Justin personally.

Constantly have to reset the application as calling will say error then reset it works but tedious.

This app only sends notifications (incoming calls, message alerts) about 50% of the time. It’s pretty bad. I’m constantly missing calls and texts when sitting right by my phone. And sometimes I’ll get rings on the app but not my VOIP line at the house. Very unreliable. Also, it has problems with country codes. I’ve had to delete the 1+ from all my contacts or it fails when trying to dial out with “not found”.

I use 1-VoIP for home phone service but have encountered a problem since installing the 1-VoIP mobile app. Calls through the mobile app have excellent quality but with the mobile app active on my iPhone, incoming calls can’t be answered on the home phone. I have had to uninstall the mobile app (hopefully for a temporary period).
