Choose from a wide variety of HIIT formats, including Agility, Endurance, Growth, Mobility, and Power. BOXING and KICKBOXING HEAVYBAG for explosive power, coordination, and stress relief while learning and perfecting combos on the bag. MUAY THAI and BOXING SKILLS will hone the skills you’ve learned in Heavybag class. You'll partner up and work on offensive and defensive techniques, sparring fundamentals, and ring strategy. This is not a beginners class to learn how to punch, but also not a sparring class where you have to worry about going to work the next day with a bruised face.
