Kept forcing me to click on entering a contest for $1000 when opening the app. I closed it, re opened and there it is again. So deleted the app and never using it again. Bye 👋 -- YvneSpr, 2025-01-29 ### *---- "Somehow got worse" Adding more 1/24/25: I curse the day this app designer and the company was born. It crashed 3 times yesterday while listening to a replay and I had to do the 2x speed FF. Now today the 1/23 replay glitches so many times I just heard someone repeat themselves 4 times. And that’s happened throughout. I hope the station or cox fires this company and burns this stupid app to the ground. I could do it better with 0 experience in app development. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The app wasn’t great before the update but at least you could come back to your place if you’re replaying a show. Or you could rewind or skip ahead if it somehow reset and you ended up back at the beginning of the show even though you’ve listened to 90% of it. Now, not only can you not Rewind or skip ahead it resets each time you go back into the app so I have to put it on 2x speed and fast-forward 30 seconds to get back somewhat close to where I was. I can’t believe that the app got worse. So disappointing. I’ve tried three times today to listen to my favorite show and each time have had to sit in the car and fast forward it to get back to where I was. Disgraceful to whomever has worked in this app -- 620Coconut, 2025-01-24 ### ***-- "Crashes Too Often" App is over complicated with categories and graphics. Live button is not clearly defined and the app cuts in and out frequently. -- Ed Yarb, 2024-12-23 ### *---- "Missing previous great features" Playback is garbage, resets to the beginning every time you go back to replay and there’s no bar at the bottom to speed things up like before. Speeding up is not worth the time spent. App Is not as quick as before and way too many commercials. Buying portable radio to help me out when I get in and out of my car since the app takes to long. -- Fonzy2006, 2024-12-22 ### *---- "Who ever runs this app needs to be fired" This app is literally the worst i thought it would get better with current updates but it’s even worse can’t manually fast forward to any spot you want ,won’t continue where you left off ,they never upload current daily episodes, and any time you pause it it closes the app down instead of just continuing after you unpause i cannot express how much this app is just garbage -- Romeo32982, 2024-12-13 ### *---- "Truly Terrible" Using this app almost feels nostalgic but in the worst way possible. It’s like stepping back to iOS 1.0 from the mid to late 2000s, with only minor tweaks over the years to keep it limping along. The UI and functionality is outdated, clunky, and honestly embarrassing for 2024. It’s shocking to think someone is actually paid to maintain this sad excuse for an app. I’m no longer in the Tampa area, so I can’t rely on my dial, but I had to leave my first ever app review because this app is genuinely awful. If you’re the developer or a Cox employee reading this, know that I mean it with every fiber of my being.. this app is an absolute dumpster fire. -- Sockhead5693, 2024-12-04 ### *---- "Too many ads" Try to listen to Lightning games, but every time you leave the app and come back, you have to sit through minutes of ads while the game is in progress. I have no problem with ads, but shouldn’t have to listen to them while the commentary is on. I’ve missed goals because of it. Used to love Iheart’s app for hockey, this one I don’t. -- Anon1765437, 2024-11-26 ### *---- "Ads are ridiculous" Press play and have to watch an ad… Ad ends and have to listen to 2 more ads. Pause live audio on purpose or accident by when another app wants to play audio and have to listen to 2 ads again before going back to live audio. The app has been plagued with issues and now this is just asinine. -- RyanTampa, 2024-11-15 ### *---- "App Blows" Cox Media Group has so much money, but are unwilling to invest into a quality app. It is difficult to browse, offers only the bare minimum AND still posts ads! So, CMG gets paid for having a crappy app. -- leowulf1488, 2023-11-15 ### *---- "The worst" Give me a break!!!! I feel bad for the radio talent. This app is horrible. So bad. As a media company, do better. -- G8tor2016, 2023-11-09 [View all 102.5 The Bone reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## 102.5 The Bone Discovered Keywords - calt - petersburg --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
