I downloaded this and one the very first attempt to calculate it crashed. It crashes everytime and has never worked

Shut up and just buy this financial calculator already
Don’t waste time on all the others, this is the one. I’ve spent over 30 years working the HP 10 and this is even better and leaves all the other app versions in the dust.
Do not recommend
CPT and quit are not on this one at all.
Great app
If you're in real estate this is a must have app. I also love the easy modes which are easy to use wizards.

Where do the calendar function go?
I used to use the calendar function, difference in days, etc. every week to write contracts and track expiration dates in them. Need it back. Other than that I’d give it 5 stars. I love the app and use it as my primary financial calculator.
False Advertising
This app uses micro transactions and is absolute garbage. No help and no contact information for assistance. Had to get this for work and it’s more stressful than doing the calculations by hand. I’d rate negative stars if I could.
Does not seem to be calculating correctly
It looks easy to use and straight forward which i like. But I am following along to a video lesson and the instructors calculations are mostly very different from the ones provided with this calculator, even when i follow the exact key strokes.
My Daily Driver for Real Estate!
It does everything. As always, robust apps have a steeper learning curve but this has excellent video/written tutorials.
