Love them both. It’s so helpful to have the built-in coach telling me when to transition from walk to run throughout the workout. Would love to see you create a 5K and 10K Walk app for those of us that can’t run anymore. One that transitions from warm up, to brisk walk, and then intervals of brisk walking and power-walking. I do that now with the 5K and the 10K. Certain Wk/Dy runs with a higher number of changing walk/run intervals are conducive to swapping them out for brisk walk/power walk intervals, so I just repeat those days! I got to the end today and “earned” the 10K badge- but, including the 10 minutes of walking and hour of running, I only completed 5.5 miles. It’s anticlimactic to complete a weeks-long program only to find that you didn’t meet your goal. I would guess most people who use this app don’t start with a less-than-10 minute mile. I’m going to keep going and will actually run a 10K in a couple of weeks- so thanks to the app for getting me most of the way, but I would have liked to have closed the program with the actual goal.
