## 10toPlan Description
Children, adolescents and adults with autism, ADHD and other similar profiles often thrive on predictability and structure. Many have problems with executive functions (planning, working memory, attention, problem solving etc.) and therefore need to be thoroughly prepared for upcoming tasks or activities as it can quickly become very confusing and overwhelming.

The "10toPlan” app can help to create predictability, provide an overview and create meaning. The motivation increases and the stress decreases.

The 10toPlan constitute the following questions:

What to do? (Content)
Why am I doing this? (Purpose)
How do I do it? (Method)
Where do I do it? (Location)
When do I do it? (Start Time)
How long do I do it? (Time frame)
Who am I doing it with? (Person)
How much should I do? (Quantity)
Who can I get help from? (Person)
What do I do afterwards? (Content)


By getting answers to these 10 questions, the user will be prepared for upcoming tasks or activities, and requirements and expectations will be very clear.

The app can be used for children, adolescents and adults. Both at school, at work, at home. It can be filled out by the user or by the support people who are around the person.

It is simple, easy and quick to operate.

Jeg ville gerne kunne tilføje billeder fra telefonen. Lige nu laver vi det i hånden, fordi vi kan tegne, men det ville være rigtig godt med fotos. Så kan den ældste læse, hvad aftalen er, og den yngste kan huske den ved hjælp af billederne.

Fin app, der gør det nemt at lave skemaer. 
Det kunne dog være super smart, Hvos jeg efter at havde oprettet et skema kunne dele den med en anden, så den kunne gemmes i deres 10 h’er app, så ikke man skal lede efter skemaer i (lange) sms-tråde. 
Det ville virkeligt være en opgradering.

Denne app er let at anvende, og vil gøre en KÆMPE forskel for alle, som har brug for forudsigelighed og struktur. Det enkle design understøtter funktionaliteten og giver en lyst til at lave flere 10 H planer. Jeg vil anbefale den til alle uanset alder, til skoler, arbejdspladser og til mine klienter med autisme og ADHD. Stor anbefaling herfra - og tak fordi appen er lavet.
