Jesus Christ! The app will randomly kick you out causing you to set it up again and again and sometimes it’s so bad you need to delete it completely and reinstall and the cycle continues. Why you bothered introducing this half baked garbage to begin with is beyond me. Utter rubbish!

App is totally inept I’ve had to re download due to having a new phone tried to login but it won’t even bring up a keyboard to let me enter my login details Total waste of time

Unable to make a credit card balance payment on the app

You can’t log-in, keep get error page and then the app crashes. You can speak to anyone it’s takes over an hour to get someone on the live chat. But the automated messages and emails seem to keep coming. Worst app I have experienced in a long while so unstable and impossible to use.

Payed account last month, cancelled account last month, still trying to charge me this month

Can’t make a payment can’t update any details logs u out constantly, makes u late for a payment and charges u £12 avoid this app and 118 118 if u value your Sanity

The app doesn’t work, no PIN number received in the post. Every time I chat with an agent the chat stops and the issue is not resolved. Very disappointing. I shall be cutting the card up and closing the account!
