Registration page was blank when I first used the app in English. It started working when I switched the app language to Chinese and then back to English.

Email confirmation never arrived after registering via the app. I logged on to the website and resent my email confirmation to verify my account.

On top of the fact that you need to have a Chinese mobile number to register first, you still won’t be able to complete your payment if you are not connected to a Chinese server. I had an account having been registered long time ago so I was so still able to search and select the train tickets but I ended up having to use VPN to complete the payment. If it is not designed to be used outside of China, it should not be in Australian APP store.
