英文版突然不能用？
以前作为中国公民，手机系统英文也是能正常登录。 现在回国必须要更新版本以后说只能外国护照持有者能登录？那我去哪用中国人能用的同一个app请问？
英语的版本有待改进
汉语的版本特别棒，可是英文的版本还停留在10年前的风格且有BUG。
Onboarding is broken
Authentication emails don’t show up, nor do txt messages. Claims to work for foreigners, but does not unfortunately. The most basic stuff is broken.
Login failed, password reset not possible
My old account doesn’t work anymore, tried to register with new email address. Activation link didn’t work, login in APP not possible. Reset password didn’t work either. I wonder if anyone has ever tested it?!

为什么不能同时开电子发票纸质发票，也没人说不能同时开呀，现在搞得领完纸质的不能搞电子的了，我怎么报销啊？打电话给客服说就是不能同时开，没有为什么就是不能同时看。神经病。
最差抢票软件
我想问，你们的票都是分给别的平台加钱抢票了吗，这个app的意义是什么，耽搁人抢票，一直在登陆，守着秒针，第一时间点进去，然后空白，然后又变成预填信息，然后持续登陆信息，呵呵三分钟过去，又回到原界面看到有票，点进去候补，有bug就别放出来给大家用了，技术不够就别整了，还不如让大家线下排队去买
