Not welcoming, not working in English
The app is not working in English. I couldn’t register. It just showed blank screen. Couldn’t reach the support. I started hungry on the train and couldn’t spend my many. Very disappointed.
Unable to form the QR code
When I caught to the station, the QR code used for getting in was unable to form and it saids the entry time missed. However, as soon as I refunded my ticket, I saw the stupid workers of station let some mid-aged guys, who takes the same train as me, get in without any QR code or ID card or Passport or things else. It really makes no sense. Quite a stupid application and stupid management.
Worst app ever on earth
Worst app ever, whoever developed this is dumb. There’s Error on every log in page and I am unable to log in.
