The can only say: měibànfǎ
I entered my correct email with the “.com” at the end, but their system didn’t get it. I try to correct it but the system keeps saying “email already exist” but it go on keeping it wrong. The result is that when I book my train I don’t receive any ticket via email😡. They don’t have online customer service, only via phone. Mostly the English service is not available and when you explain the problem they keep saying měibànfǎ. Oh and yeah, if you tap “on line app support”? It just opens the app🤣
Several Issues (很多問題）
1. User verification does’t work 2. I tried to change the passport number and failed 3. Add a new person, only accept the Chinese ID instead of the passport
