This application is good for busy people. Time when we need to rest our eyes from a busy work, hearing is an option, and it feels good to hear new ideas from books of our choice.

It’s a must app for wild readers

Needs landscape mode on the iPad

Awesome app! It would be nice to have a landscape mode for the iPad. :)

Free trial but i got billed

This app said I was entitled to a free trial but I got billed for one year. Please return my money. (As of April 14, 12min has done something Apple could not - they refunded my money through paypal. Kudos to your customer service, 12min)

Good summary, need landscape mode

Compare to other summary service like InstaRead or Blinkist, I like the summary of 12 mins better. It's more to the point and includes important details to convince the reader, so it feels less like a template. I believe the quality of the summary is the most important factor when it comes to this kind of service. So we need to wait and see if the quality in the future still can be uphold. One suggestion: please incorporate landscape mode for the iPad. It's easy and it will improve the user experience.
