Please add the ability to put my rewards QR code into Apple Wallet. I shouldn’t have to open the app and click some buttons every time I want to show my card.

The overall app is very easy to use and navigate. However, it’s quite glitchy and crashes occasionally.

Would be nice if you could select more than one flavor per cup. Maybe give 1/2 or 1/4 options (like 1/2 birthday cake, 1/4 salted caramel, 1/4 mint chip). Make the flavor(s) the first choice the customer makes, not if they want gourmet chocolates. All the other things you’re trying to sell makes the app overwhelming. Focus more on the ice cream, after all, the name is 16 handles. We’re here for your ice cream :)

After I have logged in with my existing account, the ap asks for my phone number. Then after I put that in, it tells me that I am an existing customer and won’t accept my number. It’s responding as if I am trying to sign up as a new customer. Please fix
Too many glitches at this point. Asks you to log in then enter phone number, then says you already have an account and you can only log out.
