It gives you a quick and simple way to track your time and a unique tool to analyze how you spend your time each week. When you enter an activity in 168, you also identify that activity's focus (choosing from tasks, health or creative). This is the key to 168. Clarifying the focus of each of your activities helps you understand not just what you did, but why. 168 then allows you to take a look at how your week is turning out, with the use of the balance info graphic which breaks down the week by hours spent on each focus type. Instead of focusing on just getting things done, 168 allows you to look at your week and enables you to be more mindful about how you balance your most precious asset, your time. “ Life is long enough, and a sufficiently generous amount has been given to us for the highest achievements if it were all well invested.” - Seneca ## 168 Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple3/v4/a5/3d/1a/a53d1ad0-d469-c568-ae49-183c0391e35f/mzl.vprnpcru.png/640x960.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple3/v4/07/80/e2/0780e2b6-35cf-8fe8-0e1a-2c3139c9a163/mzl.rmniirpu.png/640x960.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple5/v4/b8/c8/cd/b8c8cd6d-9c8a-94b3-086f-14c24546c437/mzl.ookzspiy.png/640x960.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple3/v4/9c/db/1f/9cdb1fbe-eb93-2d3f-115b-078840c2e5fb/mzl.ssmkfnuz.png/640x960.png) ## 168 Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 5 (71%) - 4 stars: 1 (14%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 1 (14%) ## 168 Reviews in United States ### *---- "What use is this" If you can only plot things that are up to three hours why bother? I’m not going to work or sleep for 3 hours at a time -- Brownsdude, 2021-06-28 ### ****- "Love the app, but it needs customizable categories to be even more useful" This was the only app on the store that allowed effective tracking of the 168 hours in the week. The interface allows quick reflection and logging what was done over a day. To analyze where time was spent however, the categories are fixed and don’t work well. The app could be a lot better and useful with customizable names for the categories and allowing at least 4. -- Jeremy Viegas, 2019-04-14 ### ***** "Great app for getting life back in line." As an active professional, father of 2 boys, husband, and juggling a lot of hobbies and interests, I’ve found it really easy to get bogged down in the day to day and not make progress on things that are creative/strategic, and also my own health. 168 does a fantastic job of making it easy to keep an eye on how time is being spent without demanding hours of time-accounting. It makes it easy to keep demands in check and make sure you’re spending time on stuff that’s important to you. -- BernalDude, 2014-09-01 ### ***** "A great way for me to be mindful of my time!" Thinking about balance has been a helpful way for me to think about my week. -- Gbv16, 2014-08-30 [View all 168 reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## 168 Discovered Keywords - 168 ## Apps Similar to 168 - [Spoken Prayers](https://apptail.io/app/spoken-prayers-Iehg/united-states) - [Living Way Sandy](https://apptail.io/app/living-way-sandy-Iicj/united-states) - [Carousel Widget](https://apptail.io/app/carousel-widget-woYo/united-states) - [Moms Club](https://apptail.io/app/moms-club-iOlq/united-states) - [Cypress Cares Family](https://apptail.io/app/cypress-cares-family-qfAq/united-states) - [GoPetsy-Pet Grooming & Vet App](https://apptail.io/app/gopetsy-pet-grooming-vet-app-bDPq/united-states) - [Coupled : Feel closer everyday](https://apptail.io/app/coupled-feel-closer-everyday-XEew/united-states) - [iFold - Quit Gambling](https://apptail.io/app/ifold-quit-gambling-LEqw/united-states) - [The Juniper](https://apptail.io/app/the-juniper-sHfx/united-states) - [OOTBO-Event Planning App](https://apptail.io/app/ootbo-event-planning-app-ngVx/united-states) ## 168 Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/australia) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/russia) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/new-zealand) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/belarus) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/canada) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/china) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/colombia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/algeria) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/egypt) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/united-kingdom) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/hong-kong) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/india) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/kazakhstan) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/lebanon) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/north-macedonia) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/malaysia) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/norway) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/pakistan) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/saudi-arabia) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/taiwan) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/argentina) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/azerbaijan) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/brazil) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/united-arab-emirates) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/vietnam) - [Angola](https://apptail.io/app/168-VDIe/angola) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
