I just bought an annual subscription coz I like this app, but the second i pay I get an ad and a link to a new year discount for this app, 50 % off?? I didn’t activate the link coz I was afraid I was gonna get charged 150 % for the app, but what if I could’ve gotten 50 % off?? I feel kinda cheeted now 😳
Not easy to unsubscribe
It is not possible to find any information about how to end a free try subscription on this app.
Very easy to start free trial, but not possible to end???

Does not stand out
The app is ok, and looks good, but lacks what should be basic in an app such as this. You can’t receive data from Garmin, Fitbit or any of the other major fitness trackers, and the route via Apple Health doesn’t really work. It doesn’t track sleep, which is a major pillar in overall health.
I also think it’s sad that another IF app chooses to focus on weight over fat percentage. Weight doesn’t really say much, neither does a BMI. I wish one could choose what to focus on; weight or fat percentage to show progress. As someone how is strength training, my body weight won’t necessarily go down - and in the app I will therefore “fail”, which is demotivating.
The Best
After trying the top 5 fasting app, and since I use Apple Watch to track my fasting and water consumption, this app is paramount! The graphics, the timeline, the tips, everything is visually appealing and practical.

Tried many app and deceived but this one does the job
I tried many fasting apps maybe 5 or 6, claiming awards and blablabla but very deceiving and far away to get the value for money.
This one is exhaustive in features without being cumbersome and the price is cheaper than others.
Furthermore before to satisfy u they want to sell u a coach or premium subscription when the basics are not present. I think after the trial period i will keep it.
