They won't send your entire order, and when you receive it, you find it, sometimes it’s pass the disputed time, or when you want to dispute missing the item, you will find the store be closed, no longer exist!!!!!!! and you won't be able to find anyone. The customer service from 1688 claims they will help you contact the seller, but they never do. It's a fraud.

BUG. When we open the list of chat windows, we never see the custom name. It shows the default name until we click on the conversation itself, which brings up the custom name, which we can then see in the conversation list. very annoying as it is an old bug!

It says I’m in violation and account has been frozen. I’m registering as a buyer and I’d have a bigger chance of being ripped off than actually ripping off a seller. Website is a joke.
