道路交通管理處罰條例第31條之1規定，汽車駕駛人於行駛道路時，以手持方式使用行動電話、電腦或其他相類功能裝置進行撥接、通話、數據通訊或其他有礙駕駛安全之行為者，處新臺幣三千元罰鍰。請汽車駕駛人於上述情形下，勿使用本軟體，如有使用需要，請交由車內其他人操作使用，以免受罰並維護行車安全，高速公路局提醒您。

「高速公路1968」係由交通部高速公路局發行，提供專屬您的高速公路路況資訊整合服務。

(1)單鍵快速直撥1968高速公路局客服，提供路況語音查詢、拖救請求及專人諮詢服務。如您同意，會直接將您的基本資料與所在位置傳送至客服中心，加速服務。
(2)提供全臺國道即時路網圖，整合即時影像、CMS資訊、路況事件、出口壅塞事件、替代道路、服務區及天氣資訊於GIS頁面顯示，即時路況一手掌握。
(3)可依據所在位置GPS定位，即時播報前方路況資訊。
(4)提供國5、桃園機場及臺中、臺南、高雄等都會區即時路況資訊。
(5)提供旅行時間預測服務，您可於自訂起迄點交流道後，選擇即時或未來100日內之旅行時間預測。
(6)提供旅行時間訂閱服務，您可針對特定路段及特定時間進行訂閱，完成後可於自訂時間收到相關的旅行時間預測結果推播通知。
(7)提供國道服務區設施資訊查詢服務，並可掌握服務區停車位是否尚有空位。
(8)提示國道易壅塞路段替代路線及其旅行時間，提供在地居民或國道用路人參考改道，避開塞車。
