What the title says
Why do I have to manually type my email address and re-login all day long? Either the app (when left open) needs to NOT continually log us out, or there needs to be a pin code/quicker way to login each time.
Really the only think I need from this app is to easily see the pictures that are posted of my child each day. Both daily summary and gallery options make it hard to scroll through and zoom into pictures. Our other center used HiMama which was much much better. Also, I liked the fun HiMama app art and colors. This app art does not look like anything related to joy or childhood. That is a petty grip, but wanted to throw it out there.
The app says I can’t diseroll from autopay - that has to be illegal. The developer says I need to contact the provider, but I need a unilateral way to disenroll from autopay. You have no right to keep taking money from my bank account where I no longer authorize that.
Update: if you have app limits turned on and 1Core is included and it’s after hours, you can’t use Face ID and you can’t override. Face ID in the all isn’t recognizing me right now for some reason and the app doesn’t give an option to enter my password soooo I just can’t access the app? Seriously?
This app does not support face ID, and does not offer your password, so every time you launch it, you have to go to settings, go to passwords find your password, copy and paste it into the app then go back to settings and copy and paste the password. Ridiculously slow and lame.
Why do payments keep failing to go through on the app, why does it crash randomly accessing different features inside the app, why do I have to turn off a VPN connection to log in? Because this is a poorly built app with even worse support. Our school has even confirmed they are looking for alternatives to switch to that aren’t nearly as problematic.
We were using this app for auto payments to our child’s daycare. When we were asked to no longer use this app there is NO way to delete your bank account information out of the app. It is still pulling money out of my account after multiple attempts to reach customer service and request my bank account be disenrolled and deleted!
We enjoy getting the updates and checking out the pictures/videos. I do agree with a couple previous comments. If you’re an iPhone user, the passcode overlaps with the lower bar so 75% of the time I have to re-type the code. FaceID would be so much easier.
