Signed up for the Families plan advertised at $5.24 CAD/month — $62.88 CAD annually. Trial ended, went to pay, and suddenly it's $71.88 USD. That's nearly $100 CAD. They also quietly switched from CAD to USD between signup and payment.

Emailed support twice to sort it out. Complete silence.

The app works fine. But advertising one price, charging another, in a different currency, then ignoring your customers? That's not a pricing policy, that's a scam. Especially for Canadians who signed up in good faith at the advertised CAD rate.

Switching to Bitwarden. Same security, fraction of the cost, and they actually respond to people.

Don’t kid yourself, the alternatives out there are just as secure.
