Very easy to use, with great features and security! Also has great developer tools!

Bye bye 1 password

You decided to stop the support of stand-alone vaults. I switched to a new iPhone and there is no option to download the v7 I was using to my old phone which for so many years (almost 12 years) I was using your apps with my standalone vaults. I was a user from your v2. Nice, now you just messed with people and guess what happens when a company mess with all its previous existing happy clients/users… If you don’t bring back the standalone vaults this company is a matter of time to stop existing. Sorry but GOODBYE.

Version 8 is a hot mess compared to 7

While seems better is aesthetics v8, the user experience in mobile and desktop apps is terrible. The most annoying thing is that if you add multiple accounts, you must unlock each one every time. In version 7, this didn't happen. With one master password you unlocked all accounts. On desktop I am sticking to version 7 definitely.

All-around excellence

We can discuss many things (like subscription and electron apps on Mac) but the fact of the matter is that 1Password the app and 1Password the service are both great experiences and offer best in class security. There are few things I feel really good paying for. 1Password is one of them.

Latest version broke Touch ID on iPad

The Touch ID broke during the latest update, the bug has been acknowledged for months and there’s been no update to fix the issue. After a lot of push back in the community forum, the community discussion was deleted. Really poor execution there…

Security Matters!!!

It has become necessity to be able to have a vault like this. Strongly recommend it.
