## 1PREMIERE Cinemas Egypt Reviews in Egypt

### *---- "I can’t create account"
Mail otp doesn’t sent so I can’t create account
-- DrJOe19, 2026-09-18

### *---- "Great UI. Filled with bugs. Shame"
It’s a great UI, but this new update has a lot of issues. Everytime you try add a card in your account page it doesn’t add it. And then I’ve made two bookings and my card has been charged with no booking to be found. What a shame!!! With no support center or phone call or support page.
-- MA321_, 2026-08-18

### ***-- "Update bug"
The update created a new bug. Every-time I open the App it requests an update even though IT IS UPDATED
-- yxmnx, 2026-08-17

### ***** "perfect"
17/8/2026 UPDATE: i updated the app but the updare alert isnt going away and i can’t access the app

i love this app. however i have no idea what “movies you’re following” is supposed to serve? and we don’t get any notifications either. so i was thinking it would be cool if we got notifications when movies we’re following get released.

+ i dont get the amount of bad reviews on here. the app just launched my god obviously there was bound to be some bugs at first
-- 21honyes, 2026-08-17

### *---- "Continued Failure to Sign Up"
Been trying for 2 weeks to sign up on the app without any success!
