## 1st Choice Savings Mobile App Reviews in Canada

### *---- "Won’t work"
This app will not work on my iPhone 12. Tried
loading and deleting a few times and it tells me to call for assistance. Called the bank and they have no idea why the app won’t work. Where do I go from here? Guess I’ll have to physically go to the bank.
-- Should have canceled, 2026-01-26

### *---- "Terrible"
This app never works properly for me ever. It freezes or won’t even open. This is the worst app I’ve ever used and it is seriously disappointing.
-- d1181, 2025-04-03

### ***-- "Disappointed"
Was really hoping to see that you were offering a visa/debit card again. Most banks do offer it!
-- no name &, 2024-09-29

### *---- "Stopped Working"
Cannot log in after years of using App. Goes to a white screen, customer support cannot help.
-- sctes, 2022-10-07

### ***-- "Ask you to login by password again too often"
What is the point of Face ID compatibility if the app asks you to login again by password so often? Annoying.
-- Annoyed8901, 2022-08-03

### **--- "Disappointed"
So now with this new app you made it so you have to hunt for things but haven’t improved its connecting to the internet. All the other bank apps I use do not have this problem, it doesn’t take an hour to complete you transactions. It won’t allow me to do e- transfers because it won’t open. I don’t see any great improvement just frustrating.
-- Witchiewitch, 2022-06-10

### *---- "Unable to Download"
What happens when your phone is to old for this version? I am now unable to use😡Any suggestions
-- Dar', 2022-05-17

### *---- "Frustration!"
I’ve set up my e-transfer people. When using the app, the money was taken immediately out of my account. However, after 2 tries, the intended recipient never did receive her money. When trying to send to myself, I got a message saying the action was unable to complete.
-- Bjbalberta, 2022-01-25

### *---- "Poorly designed"
Honestly I think this new version should be scrapped and go back to the old app. Poorly designed with too many steps just to get to what you want. The graphics are harder to understand and just too many unnecessary steps.
-- Smurfana, 2021-08-22

### *---- "Difficult to navigate"
So much better before the update.
