95% of the time the app doesn’t work, between constantly loading and taking 10 plus minutes to attempt to sign it, this app just isn’t it. Sadly I’ve been banking here for my entire adult life and I can’t fathom switching. Please do better with the app.

Can’t log in half the time. Frequently will not load transactions. 

Even when you can log in, it “skips” around for lack of a better term so when you go to click on something the screen moves and you end up selecting something else.

Old app was basic but it always just worked.

They should switch back to the old app. This new app is not at all user friendly. I used to be able to log in within seconds now it takes at least 5 minutes if I’m lucky. It’s extremely frustrating to not be able to easily manage your money. This is bar far the worst app I have EVER used!!

Picture this: You used to check your bank balance with the ease of ordering a pizza. But now? It's like trying to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded. This app, once the shining beacon of simplicity, has taken a detour into the realm of confusion. Remember when scrolling through your accounts didn't feel like navigating a minefield? Now, it's a game of "click if you dare" where every accidental tap opens a Pandora's box of financial mysteries you never asked for. It's like the app is playing hide-and-seek with your sanity. And don't even get me started on the parallels to the US banks app – the gold standard of "what not to do." If this app keeps heading down this path, it might as well start charging admission for the headache it's causing. Sure, change is good, but whoever thought this was an upgrade must have mistaken their phone for a magic eight ball. I'm all for progress, but let's aim for better, not "butter fingers trying to navigate a touchscreen" worse. Time to start exploring banking apps that haven't traded user-friendliness for a circus of accidental taps and swipes.

It used to be so simple to see how much you spend and how much you put in your account, as well as easy to transfer.  It was easy to see if payments were pending and what not.  Now everything is way confusing and doesn’t make any sense.  It’s cool that there’s stuff you can do now that you couldn’t before, but it’s dumb that they changed the rest of the app.  I absolutely hate it and I preferred the simple, straight forward version.  Not even going to mess with any of the new features because it’s all too confusing.

I check my app before every purchase. I have been keeping my app on a separate device, never used for purchases online and no apps PayPal, Amazon, eBay, no purchases in browser, nothing about financial transactions is on there ever. I had a problem I reported to FBI internet fraud, Sunday, and said I would change my passwords Monday. I changed the app password at my branch and got home on internet to find app frozen. I went back to my branch and they said maybe you got a digit wrong, it is unfrozen. I got back home on internet to find Invalid signon (support code #15500). I downloaded the app on my older iPad Mini 2, to keep it seperate from online purchases. I use it for reading books. The app was frozen. My branch cannot answer these questions: If I cannot use my older devices, I don't want to purchase a new device I never use for making purchases. How new a iOS would I need? If it requires more and more privacy information: driver'slicense, face scan, voice or fingerprint, I am not "sharing" that. My complaint FBI Internet Fraud Compaint is unreasonable demands of more and more privacy information phishing scheme. There is nothing gained, nothing there other than no value swindles, and worse, and it all comes from Facebook. What is Invalid signon (support code #15500)?
