Just got our new cards last month and they were stolen again. We don’t shop online besides amazon). Have made several calls to get a stop payment and investigation to which they say they can’t stop. Once it’s posted they may be able to investigate. So we have to knowingly let them steal my hard earned money before they’ll do anything. Then MAYBE I’ll get my money back in a few months. We are pulling our money and going elsewhere. Not to mention their horrible fraud protections work hours are next to nothing. So when we catch an issue they’re already closed. And there is nothing you can do in the app to stop them from stealing my money.
