I wanted to share some feedback regarding the user experience on your 1up portal and apps. While I appreciate the effort put into creating a platform for users like myself, I have encountered several issues that have affected my overall experience negatively.

Firstly, there are numerous bugs present within the 1up portal and apps. These bugs manifest in frequent crashes and unexpected automatic logouts. These interruptions disrupt the user flow and make it difficult to engage with the platform seamlessly.

To ensure a satisfactory user experience, I believe there is a pressing need for substantial improvements to both the portal and apps. Enhancing the stability and reliability of the platform should be a top priority. Users should be able to navigate the portal and use the apps without encountering frequent technical difficulties.

I urge your team to address these issues promptly and invest in further refining the 1up portal and apps. By prioritizing stability and user experience, you can create a more enjoyable and reliable platform for your users.
