## 2026 TCS London Marathon Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Can’t log back in"
Logged in originally then went off the app go email for a new start and wave time went to tcs app open it up and it needs me to log in again I do that and it says
error
Device is already registered to another account? All my details are exactly the same
-- Fagsfhm, 2026-04-15

### ***-- "Needs to show own position"
Decent App but would better as a spectator if it showed your position on the map as well as runners you are tracking. This would save having to keep swapping between Google maps and the app.
-- ColR, 2025-04-28

### *---- "Tracking and maps"
As soon as I got near the route the tracking became slow or non existent. The maps wouldn’t load and it made it impossible to judge where the competitors were. Very disappointing. And I can’t submit a review without adding a stupid nickname
-- Rankin 1948, 2025-04-27

### *---- "No connectivity"
App didn’t work at all during the marathon in London which is really when you need the tracking to work. Never managed to get it to connect so it was a waste of time.
-- DerekP-X, 2025-04-27

### **--- "Tracking needs to be available earlier"
Half an hour before is too restrictive. I forgot because I was busy getting to the event then waiting in a field for no reason. Friends couldn’t find me because bib tracking is too slow to update to be useful for this.

Open the tracking permissions option earlier. Let us decide if there is a privacy concern.
-- nruth8791, 2025-04-27

### **--- "Still a poor app. No improvements over prior effort"
According to the app my participant is still on the course not having passed the last two landmarks. In fact they finished 40 minutes ago.
All the data was rubbish.
Sorry , it needs a compete rewrite.
I’m just sorry for spectators who may have used the data to follow their participants only to flind that they had left ages ago.
-- Kizziedog, 2025-04-27

### **--- "Please improve for 2026"
The participants did not appear on the map, which made it much harder to provide support. Additionally, the participant percentages on the main dashboard weren’t updating unless we clicked into each athlete individually, meaning we were often working with outdated information. This made it really difficult to follow and support multiple people—especially without being able to track them on the map. We ended up missing our team because of this. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially after traveling all this way. Please improve for 2026
-- eBayJunkie 1, 2025-04-27

### *---- "Awful on Marathon Day"
Couldn’t track our runners. Awful app.
-- Tony6110, 2025-04-27

### *---- "Cant connect to the server error messages during the race. Whats the point in trying to track! Junk!"
Total rubbish.
Why have a tracking app when it cannot connect to a server. What’s the point. Useless and poor performance.
-- That-sgood, 2025-04-27

### *---- "Unreliable unless on the day"
App works for a supporter but wanting to use to record my marathon my way didn’t allow me to start tracking!!!
Very disappointing as previous years been great motivation to listening to the commentators and history of the London marathon
