## 21 Tage Stoffwechselkur Description
Die 21 Tage Stoffwechselkur ist momentan eines der erfolgreichsten Gesundheitskonzepte

Schade dass es nicht auch die Vegetarische Rezepte in der App gibt. Vegan wäre auch klasse wenn es das geben würde. 
Ansonsten tolle App. Ich brauche sie viel beim Einkaufen um zu schauen, was erlaubt ist.

Das Buch braucht man trotzdem, die App ist überflüssig und kostet im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz auch noch! Ab Tag 2 kann kein Fettwert mehr eingetragen werden, eine Kontakt Adresse sucht man vergebens. Was die App kann? Nichts! Man hat den Kalender mit Tagen (kann man sich auch so notieren) und Rezepte, die aber auch alle im Buch sind. Keine Infos mehr als im Buch und für die Gewichtskurve gibt es tausendmal bessere Apps - enttäuscht

Cool wäre es wenn man das gegessene auch eintragen kann und man sieht wieviele Kalorien man gegessen hat von Tag zu Tag. Auch die Sporteinheiten wären super wenn man diese eintragen kann und den Kalorienverbrauch sieht.
Wasser oder Teemengen eintragen können würde helfen zu kontrollieren ob man schon 2 Liter getrunken hat 👍🏻
