## 211info Reviews in United States

### *---- "Complete Garbage"
This is a poor excuse for an App meant to be of SERVICE to Community need! Do not waste your time with this complete garbage as a Review two years ago indicated it was not possible to use, because it was not possible to Select a County! Nothing has improved...still not possible!
-- Metro Portland Sewage, 2025-11-18

### *---- "Urgh"
I wonder how many people that this has hurt by giving false hope to or taking away like their last bit of energy to try to find help for themselves, pathetic.
-- 𝓷𝓲𝓴𝓮 𝓹𝓻𝓸 𝓹𝓭𝔁, 2025-08-14

### *---- "Can’t open"
I have an iPhone 11, can’t open it or log in because it won’t let me toggle a country-gives me an error message
-- Anya82art, 2025-07-15

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
When opening the App it says give zip then select county but it won’t let you select a county as it gives you no options to choose nor does it allow you to type it in.
-- Shannon Sparrow, 2025-06-03

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
It won’t let you go past the first page because it doesn’t let you select a county. The app needs to be fixed because this could help a lot if it actually works
-- Misham00, 2025-04-21

### *---- "App don’t work"
This app not letting me move forward after I wrote my zip code is not letting me put my county, very disappointing.
-- Irma 77!, 2024-03-22

### *---- "Completely unusable. Frozen on “select a county”"
Can’t access the app because the first screen won’t respond when I click on “select a county” it lets you input a zip code and if you click on “search” it says “ you must select a county” 🤬😣
-- gamd17, 2023-11-15

### *---- "App Glitching"
App used to progress past the first screen. It doesn't anymore, and there's no place to report issues. I hope the county isn't paying for this.
-- Ebonyhippo, 2023-10-10

### *---- "Don’t Download!"
This app won’t let me past the first data entry page. It asks for zip code and county, but won’t let me enter the county and won’t load any info. Useless.
-- N@ncy006, 2023-09-06

### *---- "App"
This app will not let me go past the zip code an county and I just downloaded the app
