Once you take a few minutes to complete the registration process and add a brief medical history, you will have immediate access to top doctors, who are available to assist you with medical advice, non-emergency care and, if necessary, short-term prescriptions. Your medical records will be available to you at all times and be safely and securely protected in our medical record management system for your access only. It doesn’t work

This app straight up doesn’t work and neither does the website. I tried 2 different browsers and then tried the app but I wasn’t able to schedule a visit. I kept getting a message to “call customer support” but no number is given anywhere.
