Pre booked a taxi to the train station. With an extra 20mins before the train was due. Didn’t turn up and missed my train. Useless

Excellent Company with good local knowledge drivers.

As someone who goes out a lot, it’s annoying that there are no drivers available and just isn’t anyway or possibility of getting a driver and they take more money than they say. All the drivers don’t even want to take the job and the best bet of getting a car is by calling rather than the app booking system but overall I wouldn’t recommend that either. So calling this service a joke is being polite

5 star deffo recommend been with 24/7 cars for almost 4 years :) use to take me to work at 5am witch in any taxi company case is hard to find a driver but they’ve never let me down

Booked a taxi for 6 people whilst attending a wedding on Saturday. The booking was made at approx 16:00 to pick up at 00:15am. The booking was confirmed, however at 23:45 I had a call to say that the firm did not cover the area and despite my attempts to explain that we had no other transport - this company refused to collect us. Absolutely awful experience and took us a couple of hours to gain an Uber.

I’ve used similar Apps in the past, mostly Uber. I’ve only used this App twice to book a return journey. I was shocked and disturbed to discover that 4 transactions were made for a 2 journeys. I expected this would be the most secure method of paying for the taxi trips. Nobody is able to confirm how or why the extra 2 charges were made, the deductions are both different amounts to the 2 correct ones. The journey using this taxi payment App has now ended me up in limbo rather than a limo!
