Bill Payments
Users have the possibility to pay invoices from different utility suppliers directly from the app:

The invoice can be scanned, imported or manually introduced by customer identifier (barcode, customer ID, phone number depending on the supplier).

Mobile Top Up

The value coupons are products with a fixed value, PIN loading type, which allow the use on different partner sites of online games and various e-money sites.
RCA insurance policy
Users interested in concluding a new RCA insurance policy through 24pay can compare the majority of the insurers’ offers available in Romania for motor vehicles in the following categories: passenger cars, motorhomes, motorcycles and semi-trailers.
The process of issuing the policy is simple and fast, and the information can be retrieved by importing the necessary documents (driver's identity card and vehicle identity certificate), according to the legislation in force. After making the payment, the RCA policy will be available in the Wallet section of the application.
Users can very easily manage the renewal of the RCA, because they receive a notification warning the expiration period of the document.

Users have the possibility to pay for relaxation and leisure services directly from the app, without interacting with a cashier or needing cash.

Te forteaza sa iti cumperi telefon nou
In aplicatie nu poti face nimic pana nu faci update, iar in AppStore ramane blocat intr-un loop cu mesajul “Aceasta update este pentru iOS15 sau mai mare, dar poti downloada o versiune mai veche”. Dar nu downloadeaza nimic, pur si simplu afiseaza constant acel pop-up dupa ce apesi “Download”.
Reclame în aplicație
O folosesc pentru ca este singura aplicație parteneră Edenred, cel puțin pentru moment. Cu siguranță voi migra la altă aplicație pentru ca este plină de reclame, până și când accesezi aplicația te lovesc reclamele.
Activare bilet
Ar trebui ca biletele să se poată activa separat, nu să se activeze automat la cumpărarea biletelor. Am cumpărat 2 bilete pentru transportul în comun din Brașov și când să mă urc în autobuz am constatat ca acestea au expirat, fiind valabile 1 ora de la cumpărare.
Nu poți edita datele cardului
E fain să vezi ca nimeni n-a verificat chestia asta, ca nimeni din echipă nu folosește aplicația în mod curent. La reemiterea cardului se schimbă acum doar data de expirare și codul CVC. Dacă încerci să adaugi card nou, cu datele actualizate, nu se poate. Decât dacă îmi scot efectiv un card nou. Alta chestie faină e ca nu are scanare card, ca să bagi mai ușor. Presupun ca nimeni n-a actualizat in mod real aplicația de vreo 7 ani.

Nu acceptă plăți!
E a nu știu câta oară când intru în această aplicație pentru a achiziționa un bilet pentru transportul public și nu funcționează! Am dezinstalat-o, am instalat-o din nou și aceeași situație se repetă! Scrie ca plata este acceptată și, totuși, biletul nu apare.
Mi am luat amenda
Am cumparat 2 bilete pe STB si mi a scris tranzacție reușită, am inchis bine mersi aplicatia crezând ca am cumparat 2 bilete, ei bine nu a fost asa, colac peste pupăza a venit si controlul si am luat 2 amenzi. nu a mers astazi deloc sa achiziționez bilete pe aplicație desi de fiecare data a scris tranzacția reușită nu mi a luat banii si nici biletul nu l am primit desigur. Tin sa mentionez ca banii erau pe card si era si cardul pe care l am folosit cu succes in aplicație.
