2Do lets you take a completely different approach to managing your tasks. PLUGINS:
Email to 2Do: Optional plugin that allows you to integrate your email address directly with 2Do, thus allowing you to email yourself tasks from anywhere. You can even use automation, such as IFTTT, to add reminders to your list.

SYNC
• Stay in sync using one of the following: Dropbox, Reminders (CalDAV), Toodledo, Fruux (CalDAV), Calendar Server (CalDAV), ownCloud (CalDAV), SabreDAV (CalDAV) or a 3rd party CalDAV Server of choice.

Excellent to do app

Really excellent to do app. People complain that development is slow, but when features are added they are done right. Dark Mode is properly done for example. Everything you could want in a to do app. My only complaint as an EU citizen is the preference for Dropbox syncing. I want full syncing to a CalDAV server in a privacy-respecting jurisdiction. Germany, for example.

Best todo app ever

This is just the best todo app ever. Have tried a lot of them, but this is just the best of the lot. After sales service is also five star. I have my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air all talking together with 2do.just can't get any better. Everything from project management to household stuff.

DO NOT GO PRO.

I went Pro and I find it impossible to synch an iPhone and an IPad Pro. I believe I followed the instructions properly. Check out the number of possibilities and permutations. I tried many. Gosh it is frustrating. I have lost hours of my life. So difficult and frustrating. Exactly what an Apple App should NOT BE. How the Pro version is allowed on the site is a mystery to me.

Excellent app

Excellent app, with extra touches that set it apart from the competition. The Email to 2do extension is really great -- you can specify dates, tags, actions and more in your email subject line and the app will take care of applying these correctly to the task. Just a few niggles and suggestions : 1) a high-contrast theme would be welcome, since we older users don't have the great eyesight the developer obviously has ; 2) markdown in the notes would be nice ; 3) professional documentation to suit a professional app, not this half-finished YouTube and FAQ help ; and 4) the ability to automatically hide done tasks. But don't get me wrong ; the app is probably the best to do app I've used, these criticisms notwithstanding. Oh, another thing, as an EU citizen I would prefer not to use Dropbox. Another sync option please.

Super application

An excellent task/project app that is flexible and easy and full of features. Love it.

My favourite app!

If you are looking for a to do app, this app has it all, absolutely great feature set, constantly updated, maintened, I highly recommend it!

Limited if you don’t use Dropbox

Really wanted to like this; reviews are good and the UI is actually really nice. But relying on Dropbox for the bulk of features when syncing just doesn’t do it for me when the price is so high. I get the advantage of cross platform usage but personally I am very much iOS and MacOS only and would love to see support for iCloud Drive syncing for feature parity to be able to justify paying for the app.

Best organisation app on iOS

Love this simple to use and highly rewarding app. It's easy to get started and start getting organised right away and then take time to delve into the more complex features as time rolls on.

THE to-do app. A must have!

I have this app on my iPhone and Mac and love it (both apps are worth the money). Fantastic for managing projects at work and home. This app will ensure you get things done. I've tried other productivity apps like Things, they're not bad but not as good as 2Do.

Jack of all trades, master of none

Probably the most flexible todo app on iOS. With that comes a bit of a learning curve, but if you stick it out you can be rewarded, as the app can handle whatever you throw at it. I love the actions, it's a shame none of the other popular todo apps have picked up on this!
