PLUGINS:
Email to 2Do: Optional plugin that allows you to integrate your email address directly with 2Do, thus allowing you to email yourself tasks from anywhere. You can even use automation, such as IFTTT, to add reminders to your list.

SYNC

Love this app. Does exactly what I need. Not over complicated nice user interface top notch app. Thanks guys. Been using it for a few years now

Keeping my brain sorted

I’m a huge fan of this app. It enables me to keep all my tasks and projects organised and on time. Repeating tasks schedule important but infrequent tasks. Tags, contexts and notes mind the details. I tried a few other apps with big reputations but none matched 2Do for ease of use with so much detail and functionality.

Best ToDo App of them all

After trying so many different ToDo apps and never really ever finding that one that met most of my needs I was pleasantly surprised to stumble across 2Do. With a beautiful layout and the ability to create groups and sub groups in an easy to find format 2Do really hits the spot for me. It’s really a five star app as it stands but we can always improve hence the 4 star rating. I look forward to seeing 2Do develop and grow in the future!

Invaluable

I really like this app for keeping track of things. It does everything, from a simple To Do list, to complicated tracking and scheduling of Projects with sub-lists. There are so many options, filters etc which you can use - but you don’t have to. It really does suit everyone I think.

Awesome concept. Big flaws.

If you’re super into getting organised this is an awesome app. Overall it’s a good app. I gave it this score because, I have lost such important information because of it. I rely on this app to keep note/ schedule appointments. There is nothing more disappointing than to go on the app and find that through syncing you’ve lost all the information. I use it on my iPhone and iPad. It’s not a seamless sync. I have no idea why it does that but it does. Now I feel I might have to go back to using notes because it’s more reliable.

Clean, smooth and lots of features. Take the time to learn and this becomes a great tool. Just get it.

Best app I've ever used

This app takes the pressure off me, especially since I'm a busy university student. I can see what my day consists of from my home screen and adding personalised tasks and lists is super easy. Definitely recommend this app to anybody!!

Perfect for what I need

I have tried many To Do apps. They all work up to a point. 2Do works best for my workflow. I am a busy professional with lots going on at home, at work and at church.
