2Do lets you take a completely different approach to managing your tasks. With its extremely simple-to-use interface and a comprehensive and flexible set of powerful features, it lets you focus on what's most important to you: your life. PLUGINS:
Email to 2Do: Optional plugin that allows you to integrate your email address directly with 2Do, thus allowing you to email yourself tasks from anywhere. You can even use automation, such as IFTTT, to add reminders to your list.

SYNC
• Stay in sync using one of the following: Dropbox, Reminders (CalDAV), Toodledo, Fruux (CalDAV), Calendar Server (CalDAV), ownCloud (CalDAV), SabreDAV (CalDAV) or a 3rd party CalDAV Server of choice.
• Using Reminders CalDAV sync enables Siri
• Periodic automatic backups are created for you (compatible with 2Do for Mac) for a rainy day.

Used many task based applications and this is still the best. Once you realise that the application is not the impediment to getting things done, like me, you will likely settle on one app and this one does it all. No more application based excuses required. :-)

Perfekte Alternative zu Apple Erinnerungen

Nachdem Apple in den Erinnerungen App den Support für CalDav Server still und heimlich gekappt hat, bietet 2Do eine perfekte Alternative.

As simple as possible but every time you think: „Is X possible“, it generally is!

Also 5 Sterne ist angebracht! Habe die App mehrere Jahre und staune immer wieder. Mehr sage ich nicht. Entdecke selbst oder auch nicht - musst selber wissen.

Je cherchais un agenda dans lequel je pouvais interagir avec les contacts, les courriels, partager mes tâches et j’en passe et certainement les meilleures. Cela fait des années que j’utilise ce programme sur Mac et iOS et j’en suis toujours satisfait. 😉Tout travail mérite salaire et je suis prêt à payer une prochaine mise à jour. Bravo pour cette application, à bientôt, je l’espère, pour la prochaine mouture.

Essential app!

I have been using this app to record my daily tasks for years. Super useful, easy to use and helpful. Fully recommended to those willing to release their brains of their worrying things to do and put them on a list!

Tolle App

Aber leider immer noch keine Unterstützung für Windows (seit Jahren „in Arbeit“). Bitte, bitte setzt euch da dran. Das wäre für viele potenzielle User ein grosser Pluspunkt oder gar ausschlaggebend, da dann wirklich Kompatibilität gegeben ist. :)

Super App! Aber...

...ich wechselte, weil die App "swipes" nicht mehr länger unterstützt wurde. 2do hat alle features und noch einiges mehr, was mir fehlt sind eine von Beginn weg intuitive Bedienung (ich bin technisch eher versiert, also daran lags wohl nicht), ein schlichtes Design und die cleveren swipe-Gesten (die ich sehr mag). Es wäre toll, wenn es, zusätzlich zum Fokusmodus, einen "schlichten" Modus gäbe bzw. man Funktionen ausblenden könnte, die man weniger benötigt (Startdatum, Tags, ...). Was auch hapert bei mir ist die Zeit-Schnellwahl anpassen, das fehlt mir. Und ein praktisches verschieben des Fälligkeitstermines auf "später (+3h)" "heute Abend (Zeit definierbar)" "morgen" "dieses Wochenende" "nächste Woche", was swipes bot und mir sehr gefiel. Vielen Dank aber für die tollen Funktionen!

Super App gibt keine bessere. Einzig der Abgleich mit Erinnerungen will mir nicht gelingen 😊
