我买了2440日元的，无数次“资料包安装失败”，联系不上客服。 您好，感谢回复，删除了绝大部分APP，关机重启，还是失败。我现在是下载327MB的资料包，能不能重新设置，一次下载小一点的资料包？ 2020/4/21 已经卸载了几乎所有App，删除了所有照片，重启，包括本款App也重新下载了，还是失败。而且每次下载都费时间。我可以申请退款吗？
