Poor service
Been 2 weeks approx and the app is not working. Sent an email to their support and issue hasn’t been sorted. Truly regretting purchasing their service

I am unable to send or receive messages and make or receive calls. Dispite my repeated complaints #51236, 51483; the issue remains unresolved. Very poor service. YR
Unable to Login
I purchased the gold subscriptions back in May 2024, my subscriptions are valid till May 2025. I changed 2-3 devices in which this phone number was logged in. Every-time I changed the phone I logged in to my new device and everything was working fine. But a couple of days ago when I recently updated my phone for one more time the application could not be logged in. My professional accounts are attached with this contact number and at this point I am thinking that I made a mistake. Now, I have contacted the support team but they take like forever to respond. I do not personally recommend anybody to use this platform. I do understand that glitches happen but the customer services they provide are even poor then the service itself.
Unable to send and receive messages
My subscription is still active with 2500 credit till 25th oct, but for some reason i am not able to call or send messages the error says “ we are improving things try again after some time” tried emailing thier support team as well but no response

They are scammers don't buy any subscription from them I bought 1 year subscription and it was active only for 3 months.
Pathetic service litraly they stole my money
Had bought yearly subscription and then my number disappeared and when i checked with them they said to buy the monthly subs as well which does not make sense if one has bought the yearly subs then why would one buy monthly i needed the number and i was compelled to buy the monthly even then they did not fix and i dnt see my number and they do not respond over email very pathetic service

I made a monthly subscription of unlimited call and text and you credit the amount from my acc and suddenly it stops working and asking to add a credit the amount to call !! SCAMMERS
