I JUST SUBSCRIBED TO THIS AND PAID TWICE IN A ROW TO AVAIL THE UNLIMITED TEXT AND CALL. I’m so confused why I can’t send message anymore. It says that I need to ADD CREDIT. Why do I need to pay more? I already paid for the subscription.

I was already subscribed to the 1 month subscription and already charged,but unable to use the service for it says no enough credit in making call and text,already raised the issue but no resolution.please fix it asap.
