## 2TExc - 2 Description
2TExc ist das vollumfängliche Werkzeug für die Berechnung, Analyse und Abstimmung von Zweitaktmotoren. Vom Resonanzauspuff über Diffusor- und Konus-Geometrie, Steuerzeiten, Zündung, Einlass-Resonanzen, Übersetzungen bis zum Powerband – alle Ergebnisse sind präzise, schnell und basieren auf bewährten Praxis-Formeln und realen Motorwerten.

Für Tuner, Mechaniker, Rennfahrer und ambitionierte Zweitakt-Enthusiasten. Geeignet für klassische Motoren, moderne Rennaufbauten sowie individuelle Sonderprojekte in Moped, Roller, Motorrad, Kart und Rennmotor.

Im Gegensatz zu einfachen Rechnern deckt 2TExc den gesamten Zweitakt Workflow ab: Auspuffberechnung, Konus Design & Druck, Reverse-Analyse bestehender Anlagen, Einlass-Resonanzabstimmung, Steuerzeitenbewertung, Zündzeitpunkt und Getriebeabstimmung. Alle Module sind logisch aufeinander abgestimmt und ermöglichen reproduzierbare, nachvollziehbare Ergebnisse.

Wichtige Funktionen:

1. Auspuff Rechner – Volumen, Resonanz, Längen, Winkel, Durchmesser sowie 1- und 3-stufige Diffusor & Gegenkonus Designs, Stinger plus Stinger-Einsatz zur präzisen Resonanzabstimmung.

2. Konus Designer & 1:1 Druck – Diffuser, Reflektor, Krümmer exakt berechnen. Daten direkt in druckbare 1:1-Massstab PDF-Schablonen (DIN A2) für den perfekten Blechzuschnitt exportieren und fertige Auspuff-Bauteile erstellen (auch in CAD).

3. Konus-Bogen Rechner – Gebogene Auspuffanlagen und Segment-Layouts (Pie Cuts) zum Drucken berechnen. Legt die Längsschweissnaht unfehlbar auf den kurzen Innenradius für maximale Stabilität.

4. Reverse Auspuff Rechner – Resonanzdrehzahl, Volumen, Verhältnisse und Winkel aus bestehenden Anlagen ableiten, vergleichen und bewerten.

5. Zündzeitpunkt + Abgas-Schallwellen Rechner – Rechne Zündzeitpunkte vor OT von Grad in Millimeter um. Und exakte Berechnung der Abgasimpuls-Geschwindigkeit bei variierenden Temperaturen.

6. Steuerzeiten + Reverse Rechner – Auslass, Überströmer, Boost und Einlass analysieren und optimal auf Powerband abstimmen. Alternativ Ziel-Steuerzeiten eingeben, um die genauen Kanalabmessungen in Millimetern zu erhalten.

7. Einlass-Resonanzen – Harmonische Abstimmung der Einlasspulse auf den Resonanzauspuff, inklusive Boost Bottle Volumen und Resonanzfrequenz.

8. Übersetzungs-Rechner – Präzise Ganganschluss, Drehzahl-Übergänge, Beschleunigung und Höchstgeschwindigkeit optimieren.

Habe die app gekauft, leider wurde ich enttäuscht. Nach dem Kauf muss man noch eine vollversion kaufen. Leider funktioniert die Konus Erstellung nicht und die App stürzt bei erstellen ab… trotz umstellen der App auf Deutsch, sind die meisten Angaben auf Englisch
