A free app has been developed and is provided here by the University of Minnesota Medical School to support a fast, easy and low-cost tool to test heart health in just 3 minutes. Here, the test involves calculating the change in heart rate over one minute following two minutes of maximum exercise, known as your heart rate recovery (HRR). HRR is a highly significant predictor of heart health and all cause five-year mortality that does not require specialized equipment and can be done in many settings (home/office). Download app to iPhone and follow instructions. For the most accurate testing, link app to heart rate chest band, as indicated. In the absence of the chest band, self-monitoring of heart rate by hand could be done but is less reliable. After obtaining results, an assessment of heart health is provided. Consult with your physician / health care provider if you have questions. De-identified data will be collected and used to assist researchers and health care specialists examine heart health regionally by state and country. This will be valuable in identifying regions/locales that could benefit from increased health awareness and care delivery. A video of instructions on app use and a booklet are available with the app to provide more detailed instructions and the medical basis validating this test. ## 3-Minute Heart Health Test! ™ Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/33/72/4e/33724e39-450f-586e-874c-802a993403a9/1.0_6.9_ratio_1260_x2736.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/12/2f/66/122f66b9-43d0-1a46-fb2b-bdec0d926458/1.2_6.9_ratio_1260_x2736.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/8b/d8/e7/8bd8e714-7346-8a2b-0005-a60160433bff/2._6.9_ratio_1260_x2736.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/0e/36/fd/0e36fd47-6461-4639-255a-2af8a2538eb2/2.2_6.9_ratio_1260_x2736.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/7e/17/7c/7e177c19-86e5-d03a-ae96-74d04e824192/3._6.9_ratio_1260_x2736.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/20/ff/df/20ffdfb6-334e-7695-cb34-cef7b8feb6c4/4._ratio_1260_x2736.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/65/5c/62/655c6267-829b-6a6f-fbd6-e23bf23aa338/5._ratio_1260_x2736.png/1260x2736.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/ed/82/0f/ed820ffd-5faa-f937-fc75-beb479330afe/10._ratio_1260_x2736.png/1260x2736.png) ## 3-Minute Heart Health Test! ™ Available In - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/3-minute-heart-health-test-sANy/hungary) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/3-minute-heart-health-test-sANy/united-states) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/3-minute-heart-health-test-sANy/south-africa) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
