## 3+ PRO Reviews in United States

### ***** "Good but have a question"
I love this app It works well with my watch but on the box it claims to be able to have apps like Spotify but I don't know how to get them

Thank you for the amazing watch.
-- Aneeda , P, 2025-08-07

### **--- "App and watch connection"
I’ve tried turning the watch and the app off and on. I’ve disconnected and reconnected devices. Looked at every possible angle and it won’t click with my iPhone 14 for some reason. I’ve used this app in previous iPhones
With no issue. It’s very frustrating. My watch says it’s connected by Bluetooth but it won’t even display the time.
-- rootietootiefreshandfruty, 2025-07-18

### *---- "Don’t work on iPhone 16"
Brand new iPhone 16 watch won’t pair with it only will pair with android. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re an iPhone user.
-- owbcislayrlsbgywpqmahflskchyid, 2025-07-16

### ***** "Incredible support"
Had some issues with syncing my Vibe Lite and Karl showed extreme patience while getting me back up and running. Love the watch and am impressed by the customer service.
-- rubberman473, 2025-06-12

### *---- "Watch won’t give valid QR code"
Just bought from Walmart. Now I’m returning it. Thanks. 1 star
-- That1Real1, 2025-05-08

### *---- "Horrible app"
Can’t even sign into my account for my watch on my iPhone
-- Aydenzay, 2025-04-20

### ***** "watch won’t pair with my phone"
The watch won’t pair with my phone (and there’s no way to set the time manually, so it’s stuck on the wrong time and essentially unusable). Other devices do pair to my phone.
-- personpersonpersonpersonperson, 2025-04-18

### *---- "app ain’t working"
can’t log into the app let alone connect the watch. do NOT buy this trash watch.
-- nickname ndjejenenrjjr, 2025-04-18

### **--- "Fix the time change bug"
Ongoing issue.
When the time changes (ex DST) or you travel (plane or road trip) and the “watch” sync’s with phone (IPhone 14), All activity rings (steps, activity, calories, etc) resets to 0.
This has been on ongoing issue with each update.
Fix The Issue!!
-- kdn565, 2025-03-20

### ***-- "Can’t use"
I didn’t use for a while due to illness. When I charged it back up I am no longer able to pair. I keep getting a message on my phone that Bluetooth isn’t connected but it shows as conndvtsd in my settings ! Grrr. I’ve rebooted twice. Same problem
