Following the 30 day challenge with our meal plan is a life saver! You won’t have to worry anymore about what to eat or what not to eat. This Meal Plan app does all the work for you. 

When you eat only whole foods something amazing happens - your innate ability to self regulate how much you eat turns back on. Many of the “meal” options are not meals. It gives some tasty recipe options for a main dish, such as a burger or sausage patty or pork tenderloin, but that doesn’t make a meal. We need at least a veggie option on the side, or ability to add sides in the plan, or add items to the shopping list for sides. 

The variety of main dishes are great, the recipes are easy and tasty, and I like the shopping list feature, but this needs some enhancements for me to make it worth the cost.
