Why i cant proceed to day 4, do i really need to subscribe?
Excellent
Best so far. I'm using the free version. The ads are not distracting to the routine. I can choose which exercise and tier I would like to follow. Although not personalized, you can do well if you know your body and what your goal is.
Suggestion
Please make the time extend buttons or all buttons larger. It takes a lot of tries before I can hit them because it is so small. Or put settings to make it larger or smaller. Thanks!

Gets impossibly hard fast
The first and 2nd week seem alright at first and then the difficulty gap just jumps and it gets to a point where it just bs
Great app!
I thought the exercises were easy, but I was wrong, obviosuly. Felt better after consistent workout for a week!
Too many advertisements
I hate the new update. Because it has too many ads and with the thing that you have to download every “Day” and it will pop up ads before and after you finish the exercises. Pls fix this thanks. I know you can do better.
