## 311 Riverside Description
Welcome to the City of Riverside’s 311 App. This app allows you to submit service requests for common things like a clogged storm drain, code violation, removal of graffiti, park maintenance and more. You can also review submitted and closed requests and pay your Riverside Public Utilities bill right from the app.

IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE DIAL 911 AND DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION. DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION WHILE DRIVING. Though monitored, this app does not imply or ensure immediate response.

We recommend creating an account so you can access your past 311 submissions and check the status of pending requests. You can use the app without an account but you will not be able to access past submissions nor check the status of a submission.

PHOTO TIPS
If you have enabled geolocation services, location information will be sent with photos which have been taken when submitting 311 requests. If you have not enabled geolocation services, you will need to provide the address and cross street of the incident.
We request that you take photos with as much of the surrounding area as possible so that our teams can easily identify the location. You may submit multiple photos. Please do not attempt to take photos while driving.
This app is free from the City of Riverside but your carrier may charge standards rates for use of data.

## 311 Riverside Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Problem uploading photos"
The app had difficulty loading / accepting the photos I selected to add onto the request I was creating……????
-- cgerdes714, 2024-10-03

### *---- "Bugs or just garbage?"
Welcome to the 311 Riverside app, where logging in is the ultimate endurance test for your patience! Ready to pay your utility bill? Great! Just log in. Oh, you already logged in? Too bad, do it again! Did they have a 10-year-old design this app as a school project?

Want to attach a photo to a request? Well, guess what? The app will swear your photo lacks location data, even though it clearly does, and despite giving the app full access to your photos, it insists it doesn't have permission.

Okay, so maybe taking a new photo will work? Think again! The app flat-out refuses to use your camera. It's almost like it’s saying, “Nah, I’m good. You deal with your broken streetlight on your own.”

All in all, the Riverside 311 app is a masterclass in how NOT to design a user-friendly experience. Stick to calling 311—at least your phone won’t lock you out or pretend your photos don’t exist.

### ***** "Mr. Surinder"
One of the very best app. Very quick response. Thank you.
-- Surinder Khullar, 2024-07-09

### ***-- "Efficiency"
I wrote an email to 311 on a few occasions the response was average, hopefully, they get more employees so they can be more efficient.

Thank you for your efforts.

This app is AWFUL. I can’t even log in to it! How can the city of Riverside even justify this being on the App Store?!? It doesn’t even do anything!
-- Kidkicks, 2024-06-14

### ***** "Excellent app."

-- MadGamer69, 2024-06-06

-- DogAboutTown, 2024-04-29

### *---- "Crashes..."
Continues to crash....
-- Bontragerman, 2024-03-04

### ***-- "Pictures"
This app won’t let me post pictures from my iPhone. It used to. What happened?
-- allexemice, 2024-01-30

### *---- "Request copy of utility bill"
