Spent an hour creating a request. Then it took me to my settings to give app permission to access my photos. And then the whole request disappeared and I was back to the homepage. Very frustrating

It’s been over a year and there is still a network error and you can’t create any requests with the app, what is the point of this app? Sad that this isn’t working and worse that no one fixing it.

This is an awful example of how to use technology to engage your citizens. Information architecture is incomprehensible. Functionality not obvious. Repeatedly asks user to re-enter same information. Appears to have been designed with goal to minimize interaction with Toronto residents.

Does not matter you are on wifi or lte. Alway show network error

i’ve deleted and redownloaded the app several times and it keeps crashing every time i get to the part of the request to enter an address

So raccoons are on the TTC flyers but nowhere to be found in the 311 app? Deleted.

Crashes every time I try to report something

After downloading the app the screen went black and I re-started the app. I got most of the pothole report and my info filled in but when uploading the photo the screen went black again.

The app and your service is bad! Shoveling snow supposed to be basic in Toronto!
