Absolute garbage
I beg you to test this stuff before releasing. Wasted 20 mins to fill out a request. Breaks on an iPhone SE (3rd gen) screen dimensions. Pages bleeding into the next, can’t even finish a f service request.

While the app could improve, appreciate it
The app could be improved (a few bugs), regardless I’m grateful that it exists — and grateful to the city staff that support process requests in the background.
Not easy to report complaints
App supposed to make report complaint easier for toronto residents and work on those issues as soon as possible BUT this app doesn’t seem to do that!
Says app needs to be updated but I have the latest
Tried reinstalling. But the app is unusable
Crashes when trying to submit request anonymously
Tried to submit a graffiti removal request, however, when I select that I’d like to proceed anonymously, the app crashes.
Doesn't work
The app doesn't work. I hope you fix this soon.
Very buggy
- When opening the app, it shows the Toronto logo with no loading spinner or other info for up to a minute. -Trying to order a replacement green bin. Get to step 3 which says “select your bin below” and an empty list, with no way to proceed.
Doesn’t load
App won’t load on iPhone - just sits at Toronto opening screen -
Network error
Like most people complaining in the reviews. I keep getting a network error when I’m the middle of creating a request. Unfortunately this means I have to keep restarting and getting no where.
