App was working fine before but now the page doesn’t notify you via app or text if the bookings accepted or if the taxi is on their way.

App itself is alright. It’s connected to an operator who has to still book the taxi so nothing special going on here. I have been blocked because I left a factual review on Google of recent poor treatment. Deleted app. Good riddance 🧨

Will not work saying will send pin but nothing so unable to use, useless app

Pin is never sent. Useless

I have downloaded this application three times now and all three times I’ve had to delete it because it will not let me register. We get to the stage where it says a message with a pin has been sent to my messages but that message is never there. Please fix.

Booked a taxi in advance. As it arrived someone else else jumped in before me. Drivers don’t check who they’re picking up. Tried to rebook but had a 30 minute wait. So angry.

Wanted to book a taxi home from a local train station. Came up with message saying they don't allow bookings from train stations. Seriously?! What a joke! Will be deleting this app as completely pointless.

Great service, the app was really easy to set up and use communication was clear could not fault the service both in terms of the app and the quality of service from the taxi driver too

Taxis have shown up on time and the app is super easy to use. No complaints

This service is getting worse and worse..cant find a cab through this cab and also if you do its always late..i had been a regular customer but i wil never use this service again
