将一天清醒的17个小时主要分类成五种，
以每半个小时为单位（共17 X 2=34 /天；此为34枚金币名称由来）加以标记：
1、蓝色 guilt free play time 尽情娱乐 如：和好久不见的朋友聊天聚会
2、绿色 rest time 休息放松 如：吃饭、休息、走路
3、黄色 quality work time 高效工作
4、橙色 mandatory work time 强迫工作 必须去做但没有太多意义的时间
如：大学必须上的没意义的课，工作开会无聊的时间
5、红色 procrastination time 无效工作 如：刷微博等拖延时间
每天睡前用五分钟坚持统计。
每周统计各部分占一周总时间的比重。
以此认识自己是不是对时间进行了有效利用。
这个方法的意义在于：
确实能逐渐改变自己的生活状态，改掉拖延症；
得到成就感→有助于形成自制力；
未记录就等于未发生，通过记录了解到时间究竟用在了哪里，证明自己存在过。

好气呀。不知道为什么自己近几天的天的数据都没了
问题反馈及优化建议
添加大于半小时的事项后偶尔会出现卡顿的情况，需要清理后台并重新进入才能成功加入事项。另外，建议日期的选择改进得更加方便，例如设置两个按钮直接到达前一天或后一天，而不是每次都需要先点开日历来选择日期。
