## 360 Writer Reviews in United States

### *---- "360 unresponsive to cancellation request"
I realized after using this app once that it would not work for my needs. I tried to cancel, but the company has been totally non-responsive. Very unimpressed.
-- Nicki15347, 2024-02-01

### ***-- "Great and not"
The app is nice.
+ The efficiency of the transcription is quite good, better than most services and the editing layout as well is actually better than the majority.

- That said the pricing is not competitive, otter.ai for instance offers 1200 min for 8.99. The closest correlate here is 24.99 for 5 hours. And yet the phone calls are unlimited.

I bought the pro upgrade thinking that it would let me use the machine in an unlimited way where its actually just a few organization and quality of life boost.

I didnt read the fine print but the description and expectation of a pro version of the app is assumed to include some part of what the app is for.

### ***** "Excellent app especially if you’re busy and lazy to type out exactly what you need"
I recommend this app for anybody that was looking for a office assistant inside your phone!
-- Nakia Mahalo, 2022-08-15

### ***** "Excellent app"
I opened it for the first time this morning and did some testing and it is one app that meets my needs. I live in a retirement village and am part of a poetry corner with 5 members so far, with more wanting to join. We started to write poems with each member writing a stanza. But we want to record each stanza by the person that wrote it.
I tested the app with breaks by pausing and there was a perfect continuation of the next recording as though it was not stopped or paused.
We are recording because of the difficult time people have leaving their home, neighborhoods, getting rid of things etc moving into a retirement village. This is a grief they are going through. We hope we can help release some grief through our recordings and even interest others to join because people writing poetry can find it can help with grief and be healing with change. I also will use it to practice my Homilies/sermons because I always have to stop and write down the changes.
I know I am rambling.
But other apps want you to sign up and pay by the month or year etc. Or they just don’t work well. I think that is a deterrent to have others use the app. For me in time I am sure this app will not be free. I will delete the app if the monthly or annual fee is charged. I do not mind an up front SMALL charge to use the app but note small in caps.
Any problems I have based on what is here now is to be expected but the quality is here now so it may be minor updates to improve the product.
Please keep up the good work. Deacon Dan

### ***** "Super easy app😎"
Works excellent! The app greatly increases my productivity. Highly Recommended😊
-- Kathy9541, 2021-09-27

### *---- "Problem with watch app"
Watch app no longer works
-- ayooali, 2020-11-08

### *---- "It’s only an audio recorder, NOT a voice to text app!"
The only way to get a text from my audio recordings with this 12 DOLLAR app is to have to pay them to do it by subscribing to ongoing billings! Deceptive. Disappointing. Depressing.
-- Steve999999999, 2020-08-21

### *---- "No instructions"
No instructions
-- HH 1, 2020-08-06

### *---- "Worst - waste of money"
Worst translator app ever. I paid for the human transcript - it's been 2 days and it's not done and what's done is not even close. I want my money back - DO NOT USE

**** in response to the reply from developer - I did PAY for the human transcription and it was terrible. Not even close to what the recording said - took you guys 2-3 days for absolutely nothing but a waste. Refund my money.

Thanks
-- Automaticj5, 2020-07-28

### *---- "So much money! Run to another app"
I needed this for a class but it is expensive. Machine transcription was ineligible and human transcript cost almost $20.00 for 11 minutes. Plus charges are weekly and I can’t figure out how to cancel. Look elsewhere!! Total charges including fees for sign up, 10 days, and 1 human transcript was $40.87. Yes I’m an idiot but I was in a hurry. Please find another app!!!!!
