Ex: I mean, it’s fine if you want to enforce two-factor authentication when loggomg-in (even though you’ve given the option of using Face ID); so why cam you not have the option to send the code via TEXT MESSAGE? I mean, as soon as you confirm an order, the system automatically starts sending you text confirmation and updates? The app is basically useless as it is merely a portal, forcing you to a website that is marginally functional at best. I basically don’t even waste time with the app/website anymore and just phone in my prescription refills. -- c00lit96, 2024-12-28 ### *---- "Can’t even get to open" I would absolutely love to use this app as it is advertised, as I think it would be beneficial to me in order to manage my prescriptions and call in refills. However, I have tried three or four times over the past couple of months to create an account and every time it will not even load to the page! This is extremely frustrating as I have read the reviews and it sounds like other people are struggling as well.
