I utilised the Virtual care mental health assist services and was blown away by the efficient and caring services received throughout all steps in the process. The initial call was received within 24hrs of lodging an query/request for contact through the app. I was then booked in for a triage call within 3 days from the initial call and then with a specialist within 7 days. The turn around time was incredible. I was able to receive a diagnosis and begin treatment 3 weeks after making my initial contact. This time frame is unheard of within the mental health industry.
